機箱機柜在材質(zhì)選擇上面有很多的選擇，不同的材質(zhì)會有不同的作用。機箱機柜產(chǎn)品外殼一般采用不銹鋼冷鋼板，機箱機柜所使用的這種材質(zhì)外殼面板具有良好的強度以及良好的電磁隔離、接地、噪聲隔離、通風(fēng)散熱等性能。像這類面板在受一些外面因素的影響：

1、機箱機柜使用的大氣條件為空氣清潔，相對濕度為20%-80%無凝露產(chǎn)生。

2、機箱機柜為戶內(nèi)安裝，安裝在周圍空氣清潔、無導(dǎo)電、無爆炸塵埃、無強烈振動和沖擊的場所。

3、機箱機柜所在的機房周圍空氣溫度不高于＋55℃，而且在24h內(nèi)的平均溫度不超過＋35℃，周圍空氣溫度下限為-15℃。
