焊接前的準(zhǔn)備工作：焊接勞動(dòng)保護(hù)用品要穿戴整齊，對(duì)焊接設(shè)備、焊條等進(jìn)行檢查，是否符合規(guī)定要求，有無運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不靈的問題；焊件上的鐵銹、油脂及水分等，應(yīng)潔凈。

Preparation before welding: the welding labor protection articles should be dressed neatly, and the welding equipment and welding rod should be checked to see whether they meet the requirements and whether they are not working properly; Rust, grease and moisture on weldment shall be removed and cleaned.

預(yù)處理焊縫坡口的底子尺度：焊縫坡口要合理，這樣才能夠確保尺度精度，以削減焊接變形

核準(zhǔn)工藝參數(shù)：焊接的工藝參數(shù)，主要有焊條直徑、焊接電流、焊接電壓以及焊接速度等

要充分了解焊接的結(jié)構(gòu)：焊條應(yīng)能夠確保進(jìn)入焊接區(qū)，并且要歪斜45度才行。在焊接時(shí)，不允許進(jìn)行長焊縫接連焊接，應(yīng)進(jìn)行交替斷續(xù)焊接，避免呈現(xiàn)熱變形，影響焊縫的焊接質(zhì)量。
